I made one today to go with lunch! I made homemade custard to pour over my bananas and wafers then whipped egg whites and sugar to make topping and cooked in oven till mirainge browned! It was all eaten! My wife always made them and first one I’d made in 20 years! I found her recipe that my mother had give her 45 years ago!
