The item pictured was a BX trigger with the gray plastic guard marked BX Trigger (described in the listing as a Ruger OEM trigger pack; OEM does not mean "stock") and I was clear in asking the price for the BX trigger in our PM negotiations, so I expected a BX trigger. Upon arrival, it ended up being a stock trigger inside the gray plastic BX trigger guard. The seller admitted that he didn't read what I wrote in our negotiations and never corrected me that it was not a BX trigger, but in fact a stock trigger. I asked for a refund and said that I would ship it back to him. He said that he spent the money already, was sorry for the confusion, but disagreed that it was his fault. If I were in the seller's position, I would happily refund the money and take back the item. I'm leaving neutral feedback due to him not accepting responsibility for his oversight in the photos incorrectly representing the item, the oversight in our PM negotiations and not willing to refund the money and accept the item back.

You already left positive feedback. I apologized probably a dozen times. I lowered the price for you and agreed to ship even though I didn’t want to. No where did it say BX on the listing. We should both except blame for a mistake. This is just childish!
