1 1/2" thick choice cut rib - eye grilled to perfection. Side of red potatoes rendered down to mash with green, yellow and orange peppers along with baby Porta - Bella mushrooms and red onions cooked in butter with garlic and choice seasoning..



Wasn't really planning to take a pic. But D***! It was good.

Thanks fellas. It was Grilled.

I kinda over cooked the side but the family loved it.

Ingredients for the side was all chopped and put in a pan covered in foil on the grill as well.
