When I fish I am relaxing. I don’t have any pet peeves other than mosquitoes, turtles taking my bait and the fish not biting.

Ok now I know, thank your sir. I don’t understand why somebody would want to take a pic like that.
the mosquitoes and turtles i agree. as for the not catching anything, well, we cant win every time right?
oh and then there is the crowded fishing.

They are often in a situation where they can't or don't want to set the rod down. Most of these types of pics are taken by people that are wading or shore fishing. Most of the time I'll tuck the rod under my arm, but sometimes I need to be able to move both hands more than that allows, so ya, I hold the rod in my teeth. No pic involved.
My pet peeve, not having my gear ready to go like i work for the fire department....I like to split and go.
I also am amused by the HUGE saltwater rods used on the hooch by bank fishermen.

My grandfather would say sometimes catching fish can ruin a good fishing trip.
