And, when I say yard bird, I mean chickens out of my own back yard Pretty sad what I am using as a smoker, when my father builds professional units, but it works. Threw a bit of a rub together and smoking w/ a combination of apple and cherry woods. Homemade BBQ sauce and baked beans are already going. Still have to throw the slaw and potato salad together before the girlfriend gets off work.
