Xbox One v. PS4

Which to get? Ive always been an xbox fan love xbox live features and it really caters to friends on live. I own ps3 and 360 and the ps3 is a dust magnet. Anyone read anything on a revamped PSN? I hear the ps4 is going to be 1080p games with a higher frame rate where as xbox one is 720p clock speeds are around the same as well as memory.
