Google fu says it's a dry lubricant spray.
It ships ORM D so it looks like haz mat fees may apply.

I'm setting up my Dillon 550 to reload 223 with Varget. Varget does not drop easily so after polishing the powder bar and dispenser I'm going to use the Mag Slick as a dry lube.
