BUT HAVENT GOTTEN THERE TO RECEIVE YOUR PISTOL.. SOMEONE ELSE SEE’S AND WANTS IT.. THE STORE DECIDES SINCE YOU HAVENT PICKED IT UP YET, THEY SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE.. AND RETURN’s YOUR MONEY TO YOU CARD..
is this against the law or just bad business tactics or just the way things are done

Not illegal since they returned your money in full therefore you suffered no monetary or “real” loss. Really ****ty business practice though and you should absolutely name the shop.
