Careful with that vinyl or you'll be doing the whole end of the house. Don't ask me how I know.....please
The raised part under the stove is probably concrete, getting that out is going to be the hard part.
Is the floor on joists or are you on a slab?

I'm pretty sure that square raised portion is just a wooden frame with tile over it.
Again though. I can fix the interior later. I'm more just concerned with properly closing off the outside. Hardy board with something else behind it-- MDF, insulation, etc? Has to be more than just throwing up a piece of siding over the hole.
Really surprised the power company allowed their line behind that pipe.
