Window wood rot around a large picture window - I need help

I have a large picture window over my front door. The wood frame on the bottom holding the window is rotting. My house is stucco and I'm concerned this is some thing beyond my limited abilities. If you are just one guy I can certainly help you with any lifting or other low skill tasks.

I live in Alpharetta about 1 mile due south of Milton High School. 30004.

I have repaired lots of wood rot on fixed windows, but never have seen one that bad,usually have to sandwich the glass with two pieces and try to match the existing millwork, with that much rot ,there is probably framing damage below,had one house that I as to do two windows and ended up doing 13 ,had two completely remake the entire frames and just reusing the sashes.PVC is the best for repairs.

I had something similar happen to me... I just replaced the entire window... And went pvc this time

That window will cost alot wood or pvc to replace. You can try to match the millwork with pvc after removing the rot

to me that doesnt look so bad, like condensation got a hold of it.
get a good oscillation tool and do some surgery on it
