I make a big batch about twice a year. Venison, quail, pheasant, pork and yes.......squirrel! No potatoes and it is not chunky. Like mine ground up.

You must do what I do when that Turkey frying pot get full...Use a short Boat paddle to stir..Looks great! Happy Thanksgiving.

I do creamed corn and white tender niblets.....never yellow!

I use both cream an whole kernel corn ,but the whole goes through the grinder like everything else
