It kind of depends. Those things are hermetically sealed to help preserve them. So unless it was an exceptionally hot, sunny day (not likely lately), it is most likely fine. Just cook it immediately and thoroughly. But your nose is going to be a good indication of edibility.

On the other hand, if you're in doubt, just spend a few bucks and replace it. Food poisoning is no fun. Been there, done that.

Man spend the 5 bucks on a fresh log O' sassage.
It's cheap insurance and you are in Woodstock - got to be 3 grocery stores within 10 mins max.
 
I will ask you a question and let you decide. Do you think that the stockers at Wally World or Publix etc put the sammich meat and sausage meat up as soon as it comes off the truck?
