why bother with the featured listings?

so, just saying, if its priced right it will sell, but the featured listings pretty much are universally way too damn high.

i know, i know, i hate capitalism lol. but seriously, i notice the trend. like if i had something of value to sell i wouldnt want it in the featured listing; thats like flagging it as being too high and everyone knows it

good deals dont need to be featured after all

Featured because the threads in the for sale ads move down way too quick. This is the fastest turn over on new ads ever. Long range hunting and accurate shooter keep ads on their first page for a day or two. Within 2-3 hours your ad on here is moved three pages back.

[Full disclosure: I have never had anything for sale up on featured listing, but I do look at them occasionally when the feed is trashed up with nonsense posting and make my own judgments about asking price.]
