The tool allowance is one of the best benefits of this job. When I started out, my monthly tool payments were $300.00 more than my house payment. You can't make money without the proper tools. Having someone help you pay for them is a tremendous help.

What if you already work for Caterpillar, is there any incentive for that?
No additional incentives, but the type of work you do could lead to a field or a career opening we have. Caterpillar is manufacturing, we take care of all the sales parts distribution and repair work at a dealership. We don’t actively recruit anyone from caterpillar or other cat dealers, but if you apply we will definitely talk to you!
