In for info!

My question is : What do you use it for mostly that you couldn't grill?
Sure grilling is as American as apple pie, but I've found that a good sear on a HOT griddle for a steak or burger is pretty damn delicious. Worth trying on that useless side burner every grill has, just put a cast iron skillet on the burner. I found a grill that had the useless side burner, but when I opened the lid it had a cast iron flat griddle. Surprise! Love it. So I have that and the grill in one place.

I use my 4 burner all the time to cook large breakfast for all who are around. Typically 2-3 pounds of Sausage first. A pound or two of Bacon. Then about a dozen eggs. I even made griddle cakes last weekend. I didn't want to warm the cabin up by starting the oven.
