over thanksgiving holidays my cousin busted out some special spicy brown mustard for pretzels, & we mix horseradish with sour cream on top of our beef tenderloin & prime rib with it and sautéed mushrooms when they come off the grill.

Both had some real amazing heat that was out of this world and it was all homemade by a guy in wisconsin. i thought i would share since I'm about to order some. it will make your nose run and eyes tear up straight out of the bottle

I love the stuff and usually add a little mayo with the sour cream if making a horsey sauce.

Here's another great link. You can easily grow it yourself in a big tote (so the tubers dont take over your garden) It's not whether you can grow it , it's more of a how do I keep it under control and keep it from getting everywhere!
Or just buy it fresh at a farmers market. The fresh is some STRONG stuff.

Also Chinese mustard is the cats pajamas on a sandwich if you like spicy and horseradish. Get a couple of packs from the local Chinese restaurant and give it a try :). You'll probably go buy a jar LOL
