If I get one I'm going to get the hide tanned and then use it for something down the road.

I got one finally. Took 5 damn years. Zone 8. Who else got em?

Hunted in zone 8 last night. I did not get drawn this year but my two buddies did. Both of them had 4 points in the bank and this year's made 5.

We got a nice Gator, he was 8'4". We have a great time every time we go and can't wait for my tags next year. I need some casting practice before then. I got drawn 3 years ago and could not hook up.

A little late but as a guy with only 3 pts, I'll bank it'll take another 2-3 years of putting in to actually get drawn. And here I was thinking I 3 would be enough next year..

Question for the people who know, the year you want to try the draw do you out in for a pt and apply for the draw or is the only option +1 pt or a draw attempt?
