I tried to go away from FB but it's a necessary EVIL. News travels fastest on FB and then there's the many groups for a focused interest. granted FB puts me on time-out all the time for disagreeing w/their version of things (politics / plandemic).

I quit everything on November 3rd 2020. No social media, no reading, listening, or watching any news. I hear things on ODT and friends but never follow up, not interested… made a huge difference. Y’all need to try it as it makes life much more enjoyable.
