Whitetail with fangs

I was doing a European mount for my buddy and after I boiled the head I discovered it had fangs. After some research I found out it was rare to find one. Has anyone ever ran across this before?

i too do skulls and a couple of years ago i was doing them for a taxidermists and had five skulls from him that fang teeth

I used to tell the Boy Scouts those were Vampire Deer. There is a deer in Asia called a Himalayan Musk Deer that actually had fangs -- google it....

We always wanted the boys to travel or walk around camp with a buddy. I used the Vampire Deer story a bunch. Told the boys that those deer liked to drag a lone Scout into the woods back to his lair. If you traveled with another boy they would leave you alone. Those were the fun days....

I could talk about the Beaver-Shark next. That will have wait for another day....
