which rolling tool chest to get?

not a professional mechanic but after 45 years i have collected a lot of tools and they are all over in different smaller tool boxes.
space in a concern for me then cost's.

I have seen a us general that looked good after a few years of light use. Are all US Generals the same quality?
Most brands I have seen have two or three levels of quality with the bottom tier being crap.

Back when I was a professional mechanic I owned Snap-On tool boxes. Now I own a US General from Harbor freight for a 4th of the price and I am hard pressed to tell the difference.

Harbor Freight US General has gotten very good reviews. I have several Craftsmen boxes, and they are rather light duty, though they have lasted more than 35 years, many of which were on the hangar floor.
