So you havent gotten offeres to pay cash a week or two in the future?? I get quite a few of those. Hell, one guy wanted to write me a check.....Mmmmmmm NO.

I usually try to say in my opening PM offer I am prepared to meet asap so folks know I'm serious.

I have had people ask me to hold something until pay day. They had a good enough track record that I did and it worked out fine.

I have held stuff for guys I have a history with, usually several transactions, otherwise it never seems to happen. Some guys dont have the balls to tell you they backed out for whatever reason, they just disappear like a mist in the night.
