Salmon brined overnight with salt and dark brown sugar.

Beef brisket going to "Flavor Town" on the smoker. Slow and low. Seasoned with salt, pepper, celery seed, onion powder & garlic powder. Yes I cut it in half so it would fit my smoker. Put on the smoker about 6am, pulled and foil wrapped just before 1pm and finishing in the oven (threats of rain this afternoon, dont want to risk the smoker getting wet).
