What's going on the smoker/grill today?

And it was easy. This was my first time. I received the Sous Vide @ 6:30pm today!
I got my first about 10 years ago when Anova did their kickstarter. My favorite way to sear off a steak is to get the green egg blazing hot but it's too much trouble if it's not a special occasion. My everyday go to is to heat a well seasoned 12" lodge pan over the biggest burner on my range until it's 450-500 deg.

Kill it and grill it!!!!

3 day brine then the magic rub.....

All pics look good. We had our traditional New Years meal. Black eyed peas, greens and cornbread. This time we had sweet potatoes with cinnamon butter. It was good
