I ate this....

And I was surprised to find out that I didn't hate it. Cheese man said it's not quite as potent as it was years ago. Eaten with pumpernickel, onion and Horseradish mustard and washed down with a dark porter it was enjoyable. We ate the whole block. I just had to know.
