What Percentage of ODT Buyers refuse to Buy from a Seller who requires a Bill of Sale, DL or CCW

I have to put up with documentation from the government. Not on private sale. You want to glance at my GWCL I can tolerate that but no documentation please.

I've done a bill if sail before, but don't care that much. If somebody wants a peek at my GWCL or GADL I'm ok with that. People get all knotted up over this. Our only real responsibility legally is to not sell to an out of state or underage individual. That or a criminal.

I prefer not to do a sale or trade with someone who wants a b/o,but I have. Really depends on how much personal information they want to record
