Wanting a DL number is always a deal breaker for me. I know EXACTLY what I can do with only a DL number... and I am not all that clever or criminal!

Now, having said that, I hear people say that my info will never see the light of day, and so far, those of you I have spoke to on the matter I totally believe they mean it... until someone snags it from them, they die, who knows!
