Planning breakfast for supper tonight.
Scrambled eggs, link sausage, cheese grits, toast.

Ima doing Pork back ribs, wings, tater salad, slaw, brownies, fine Bourbon, we'll be camping and all will cook slowly over the fire for a while then dive into the Dutch oven bubbling with hot Bullseye BBQ sauce and chipotle Tabasco, where they will swim till down the hatch.. Pic is from last years camp/cook out at Moccasin Creek State Park. ( the Hurricane last Oct almost blew us away and the creek was lapping at the tires, no power, dump station shut down, trees and dang persimmons and Black Walnuts acting like shooting stars all night) this year has to be better weather)

New York strips been marinating in hienz 57 and coke overnight grilled, baked potatoes and salad!
Going to put on some baby backs soon. Summer squash, zucchini, onions and twice baked potatoes.

Baby backs are on the smoker, sides yet to be determined, but probably going to be loaded baked taters and Mexican street corn.
