What kind of wash/wax do you guys use on your vehicles?

Just traded my 15 Sierra in for an 18. Was looking at getting it done with one of those 3 year protectant coatings until the guy quoted me $450. I’ve used exoforma on my last truck and it wasn’t that Impressive. Any suggestions on a good wash/wax brand to give a shot?

Car soap and mcguire's yellow paste wax.

Meguire's Hybrid Ceramic. Works great and is easy to apply. $15 or so for a bottle.

Chemical guys citrus wash and wax.

If you have about 3 weeks to kill, YouTube obsessed garage. It's all you never wanted to know about carwash and detail stuff. I use his mits, spray wax, drying towells....etc and my truck cleans up to look like a new one with minimal effort. YMMV.
