Meanwhile get some good olive oil heating up in a pan.
Put some flour or cornmeal (both are good) in a tub and add salt, pepper or any other seasoning you want.
Wet down the drained boiled snake pieces with hot sauce and bread it up.
Add it to the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
The hot sauce is a local favorite.
Hell yeah i put that **** on everything..it would even make **** taste good..maybeyou put that S*#T on everything?
