Going to the old Klein’s Sporting Goods when I was a boy in the 50’s and browsing through all the surplus guns out on the racks that anyone could pick up and handle before all the regulations started in the 60’s.

Many , many , many. Was poor but had an excellent childhood anyway. I guess what sticks out the most , is losing my virginity to the big boobed farm girl neighbor !
Finding my way to the mailbox yesterday...and back home.
We were dirt poor but we had a crappy house on a decent sized parcel …. The adventures were endless , we had a black lab that followed us everywhere in the woods… we had so much fun - did not even realize we were poor

So many to choose from. I was 7 when dad came home with a little 6 month old puppy, that was the description he gave mom. The little puppy was black Belgian shepherd the weighed around 70 lbs. He went into my room dropped a load, knocked me down sat on me and started licking my face. We were best friends from the start.
