What happened to formatting options?

And what's weird about that is, I have more options on chrome on android than on my PC. Color text for example.

Well, it's fixed.

Had to uninstall and reinstall Chrome from the play store but it's functional again.

The downside...all my saved passwords and logins have gone away.
