I make fresh sausages, smoked sausages and other cured meats. I'm looking for some meat other that pork, beef, chicken or venison. I'm willing to buy, trade and/or share the finished product. really looking for Elk, wild boar or other meats. Let me know what you have in your freezer and maybe we can make a deal. What game meat is in your freezer?

I went duck hunting one time in my life with the at the time Chairman of the board of the Alabama waterfowl association. I had an old Ithaca model 37 with a cracked stock I bought for 65 dollars. 3 birds flew in close and I shot the lead duck and the next one in line and my buddy shot the final duck. Best tasting duck I ever had and my buddy said most people on their first hunt don't hit anything. I'm still proud of that. LOL
I don't hunt anymore either but I do like sitting in the woods with a high powered rifle. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.
I need to get back out there.

My freezer is full of what's in the meat aisle at Kroger You have to get there early and fight old ladys over the ground chuck It really gets rough down at the clearance end Them women get mean I once got poked in the eye by one over a chuck roast
I've got a lot of ground venison still in freezer.
