What did they do with my Ithaca 37?

Just got this back from cerakoting. Now shells wont go into the magazine.

GA Firing Line. Pieces of ****. Does anyone have a model 37 that can send me a picture of the where the magazine tube is in the breach so I can compare?

It ejects and shoots fine. I just cannot get shells into the tube.

I'm thinking that they put the thing back together incorrectly or made some kind of a buildup in the magazine tube. Find a guide on youtube on how to assemble/disassemble it and see if putting it back together properly resolves your issue.

I had a humpback that I got and the mag tube was on backwards. Did something similar iirc.
The top was put on at the bottom.

It appears the shell stop spring may have been installed backwards. Part #19.
