What .224 bullet to buy for HD?

If a guy wanted to take the scope off his precision AR-15 & install a red-dot sight & rig it out (hopefully temporarily) for home-defense & urban protection & that same guy wanted to lay-in a supply of bullets for that purpose, what should he buy?

"These 5.56x45 75gr superformance use Hornady's T2 bullet that is used in their law enforcement TAP line of ammo . Nowhere does Hornady mention this in their website, but I've compared the two rounds and it's most definitely the same projectile as the T2 line . The 223 75gr Superformance uses the T1 TAP bullet , not the T2 as these . So if you want a " law enforcement " like round ,then these will do the job. They are also a great hunting round."

Probably 1:8, although some 1:9 bbls will stabilize 75gr. But at HD ranges, it probably doesn't matter. In fact, some might say a destabilized bullet is better at stopping?
