Venison Meatloaf...,then I stuffed it with Mac & Cheese

Heres a new one for me. Decided to make some smoked vension meatloaf, but I never do things the easy way. I ran all the ingredients through the grinder with the meat on the second time. Then, what goes great with meatloaf....Mac & Cheese! Turned out AMAZING, but more M&C next time.

......the small ones are 1 pounders with no Mac & Cheese.

Thanks. Advise: Make the M&C thick and give the meatloaf time to cool the cheese before cutting or the cheese will run right out.

Roll out your raw meatloaf on parchment paper, put down the M&C and roll a raw meat burrito.

That looks awesome. Could you freeze the Mac and cheese into a solid and then wrap it? Keep it from running out all over.

Yes sir. Thats exactly what I did. There's more of a chance the Mac will run out after it cooks if you don't give it a chance to cool down a bit.

Nice! I think a lot of people forget that it's always best to let the meat rest after cooking anyways. I'm most definitely going to have to do this and a version with jalapeno poppers.
