Seemed like a soup day... Had a chuck roast left from a cow we butchered last year and some beef strips left over from a fajita cook so I figured it'd make a good soup starter. Big ol' can crushed tomatoes, fresh potatoes, carrots, onion, green beans, limas, bunch of whole kernel white corn and mushrooms and a ton of meat first smoked on the RecTec before putting in with the rest. 5hrs in the crock pot should do it. A pan of cracklin cornbread will be the side. So... is it vegetable beef or beef vegetable?
