I'm really looking hard for a 1903 Springfield. Ill be selling or trading my P17 here shortly to get one. Its one of the few remaining gaps in my collection.

so far I have:

Springfield 1884 trapdoor - pristine 1889
Springfield Krag - pristine 1900
2 eddystones - 1 pristine 1917 / 1918
Remington1903A3 - really great shape 1942
Springfield M1 Garand - 1944
Inland M1 Carbine - 1942

I have finally gotten correct bayonets and scabbards for all of them except the Krag

sorry, no service or i'd post pics

From top to bottom. Smith Corona-A3 (correct) Remington-A3 (Correct) Remington 1903, Springfield Armory 1903, and finally a 5 digit Rock Island Arsenal 1903 (Receiver from 1906-Barrel from 42) I took the risk in shooting this low number gun as it has seen some previous service and use. I have put about 30 rounds through it and it is an absolute tack driver.

Enjoy my pieces of history!

Dontcha wanna trade one of dem 1903s for an eddystone ;)

I found a 1903A1 today. From what I could find on the internet it was made in 1934. I'm not sure what the star on top of the barrel is for, though. Anyone know?
