I was lucky enough to get a ride in the CAF “Red Nose” P-51 Mustang when I was working Air Adventure at Oshkosh.

Jumped out of the bomb bay of the B-17 “Nine o Nine” and landed on the beach in Destin, FL.

In 1995 I got 20 minutes of left seat time in the EAA B-17 “Aluminum Overcast”.

I always enjoyed working the warbirds at Sun n Fun and Oshkosh. This Zero and Wildcat taking off in formation was really awesome.

I took this photo at Oshkosh with 2 B-17s and a C-47 in the background. I change it fom color to black and white and if not for the date stamp it would look like it was taken in England 1944.
