Set the smoker a little too slow and low. Had to bump it up to get this butt done.It'll still be perfect. Needs to rest for a couple hours and I usually run them up to 205. 4.5 hours for the burnt ends.
If you never seen the Traeger stuff. Its pretty cool. 33 degrees outside and I don't gotta go outside to change anything. Plus you can sleep good because it will call you when anything changes or at your parameters
