Unknown powder identification?

I understand this probably cannot be done, but can anyone identify this powder? I pulled it from Federal HST 147 gr. HST. I weighed the powder and it comes out to 4.5 gr.

Good luck. That can be a few different manufacturers.
Hard to tell buy the pictured what the size and color of the grains are.

You'd need much better high def, large format pics for help. Even then, it's doubtful since that's a factory load I take it? They'll contract for that powder most likely. It's possible that it's not even avail for retail sale in the US.

duplicate a factory load?? Why bother when reloading can improve over factory loads....

Trying to guess an unknown powder with an unknown burn rate from a pulled factory load, with the same charge weight,sounds exactly how you blow something up. To many published loads that will duplicate or improve upon a factory loading to ever take the chance.
