Dead is a strong word. Dead means it won't come back. I don't believe in ghost do you?

The UN may take up the matter at a later date, but for now it is on indefinite hiatus.

It dropped by the way side due to one important reason... STRONG OPPOSITION! However if we just ignored it and said it wouldn't happen this story would have possibly taken a different turn.

Everyone needs to be on point and vigilant when it risk our rights and liberties as they will be stolen if we allow it so.
