Another new law, only 1 handgun purchase per month.

Already over 1200 prospective purchasers have got caught on a technicality.

Law went into effect July 1. If you bought a handgun on June 30, the law is being applied retroactively, so no handgun purchase in July.

What the hell is the logic behind all of that? Purchasing 1 gun a month limit or making it retroactive, that just seems stupid on multiple levels.
