TX22 Competition

I have a standard one and like it. It looks like they took some material out of slide to compensate for putting a red dot on it and still having it run correctly. I'm betting that the comp model won't be any more expensive than a SR22 or S&W 22.

I have no problems with mine run rmr on top. I guess if you go with a heavy holoson or something there could be issues and the new mounting method could be useful.

Just a chincy dovetail plate. Has worked well so far though. Very tight fit for sure and had to file a bit for a perfect, tight fit.
I want one.
Slide is cut out to allow for mounting plate clearance. Slide plate is mounted directly on the fixed barrel. I really like it!

i actually really dig this. i like the idea of mounting the dot to the fixed barrel so that the red dot no longer reciprocates with teh slide.
