Chupacabra or democrat?

The other looks like a deer but seems to have a big tail.

Second I am guessing just refraction.

It’s either a coyote or fox with mange in the first picture I’ve seen them get like that before, 2nd looks to be either a healthy fox’s or yote’s backside.
