I guess once a structural problem happens in a milled receiver (stress crack whatever) it continues until the whole receiver is affected?

Thanks for this quiz. Question #2 This got me reading and I wonder how close early Mausers are to newer still in production guns. Mauser is still in business and makes a bolt rifles, I am pretty sure I missed it and I own a 39. Sadness
