Sounds good. I did 2 New York strip steaks last Sunday and chicken breasts last night. I like the option of searing the steak directly over the flame for a nice reverse sear.

I liked those, but I was actually torn between the traeger and rec tec but I just didn’t like the handles on the rec tec so I got the traeger.Camp Chef for the win

I love my RecTec, no problems in about 4 years.Rec Tec seems to be the best, too much monies for me.
Been looking at the recteq (they recently changed the spelling of the name) but they are assembled here from chinese material. Seems like a lot of money for a chinese pellet grill.I love my RecTec, no problems in about 4 years.

Throw some bacon on it. Smoke for 20 min then turn it up to 350-400 til its done like you like
If you check a lot of things assembled in the U.S. materials are from China. I’m talking customer service and reliability and precision heat maintaining.
