1. Chili with fritos, Cheese, and sour cream and a grilled cheese sammich
2. Flat iron steak with Garlic mashed taters
3. Fried chicken with mashed taters and cream corn, mixed together
4. Country fried steak with mashed taters and cream corn, mixed together
5. Meatloaf with diced jalapeños, fried okra and Northern beans with banana peppers
6. Hand made marinaded sirloin hamburgers with red tater fries
7. Any pork smoked on my smoker with BBQ beans and potato salad
8. Bone in BBQ chicken breast on the grill with Mac and Cheese and red tater fries
9. Low country boil with crab legs and crawfish
10. Boiled peanuts (had to add these)
11. Chili cheese slaw dogs with onions and jalapeños with fries
12. Chocolate covered peanut butter balls
13. Biscuits and gravy with bacon, sausage, and scrambled cheese eggs

Take this down!!! All of those are great but missing one big item!!!A good gravy! You can thank me later

That doesnt seem very Georgia? Do you have blood in Ohio or Kentucky?

Its a Cincinnati thing. I have never been to Cincinnati but judging from this one piece of evidence they get things right there. I think we hit upon it one night when we had made chili, forgot to get nacho chips and scrambled around the kitchen for something that would work.

My grandma brought a whole bunch of old world cooking with her. I tried to make rouladen with my wife a couple weeks back and it wasn't even close. Spaetzel is good too - easy to make.

Yeah, I grew up in Cincinnati. They do chili right, and White Castle is magical, but they dont have ANYTHiNG on southern BBQ or hospitality.
