Now Marinade has been mixed well and made sure to coat all the meat. Into the frig overnight and I will continue the thread tomorrow when I load the dehydrator. To be continued-----

Can you post your marinade recipe?

I marinate mine in overnight in a gallon size ziplock bag so I can squeeze the mixture all up in the strips of meat.
I will toss them several time during the day to make sure they are all soaked well..This is a mild mixture I'm working on this time...1/4 cup Soy sauce, two table spoons of Worcestershire sauce, twp table spoons of Dales and one table spoon of smoke..Then I add one table spoon of smoked paprika, 1 spoon of onion powder, one spoon garlic powder, one spoon black pepper, one spoon of salt, one table spoon of Meat tenderizer and two table spoons of brown sugar... I should have just started a column of indigence. My bad just tired no heat this time, will see tomorrow
