The photo is one of the Spots I caught on Lake Lanier a couple of months ago fishing on a rainy day. Now that I am retired I got back into fishing a year ago. My previous fishing experience was as a youth/teenager on farm ponds. I can tell you that compared to a small farm pond, Lake Lanier is like fishing an ocean. I am still learning but enjoying my time on the lake.

Had a record day out on one of our local reservoirs today. Retired Army helped me out with some tricks and crankbait colors that slayed the fish. Ended up catching 15 bass and 1 crappie. No huge ones but a fun filled day catching fish.
