I know the Brown ugly ones, I get 1 Free pair every other year from the VA.
Zena optics I believe is the name, it's a order online company (Chinese glasses) but they're pretty good and cheap. The last ones I purchased were about 40$ and that was bifocals, and astigmatism glasses. 300$ at most places.
I finally had cataract surgery and now I see 20-28. Freaking incredible. But unfortunately I need glasses for the astigmatism and reading. But my seeing at distance is incredible now, cannot wait to hit the range. I could get an implant for the astigmatism, but 2k isn't in my budget.

Yep. I was turned onto zenni years ago in another thread, saved me a bunch of $$$
Been buying since 2012 or thereabouts. Last high dollar pair I bought was walmart for $330 in 2008. All the frames come from china. Why pay 1k% markup?
Agreed. It sux I know to buy China's stuff, but they're the major supplier to most companies here.

That's what I've done. My eye's have gotten so bad that my glasses need glasses.
Of course as you age your eyes get worse but being able to see a little is better than not being able to see at all.

Yeah I have astigmatism in both eyes and im -150/-175 super near sighted. Lasik or some surgery is on my horizon
